H+J met live in New York City, but when it was time to decide where to get married it was easy for them to choose gorgeous Lake Tahoe, which had a special personal meaning to them.

We loved working with H as she had truly impeccable taste and kept on making choices that made our hearts so happy!

With all our years doing destination weddings, we have overcome the challenges of hurricane, tropical unpredictable rain and hot summer outdoor weddings. But H+J gave us a first experience with FIRE! It was not until about 3 or so hours before the wedding that we finally got the green light to continue with our original outdoor plan, as the fire hazards were so high indicating we needed to move everything indoors due to air quality. We were so grateful that the indicators lowered and we were able to produce the day as they had always envisioned it. Never a dull moment in weddings, never!

In a celebration that combined Dominican and American culture in a wonderful blend, we were truly honored to have worked with them via our sister company, CEREMONIA by CD, in making their wedding dreams a reality.
