I had the pleasure of working on a wedding a few years ago in DC for two great humans. In that wedding, one of the groomsmen came to me and kindly let me know how good they had all felt that day with our assistance and that he was engaged and would be reaching out soon. When he actually did, I was beyond thrilled. It was the best compliment ever.

M+B booked us at the same time as the pandemic was just starting. They had fallen in love with a gorgeous castle in the English countryside and couldn’t imagine their wedding happening anywhere but there. When I saw it, I understood 100% where they were coming from. It was so perfect for their vision! We went through several date changes and two years and a few months later, we were so happy to see them say “I do” next to their loved ones in a beautiful and classic wedding at Hawkstone Hall in Shewsbury.

They were trusting and easy going from beginning to end and never let any of all the world’s commotion bring them down. We will always cherish our time planning this wedding and the weekend when it all came to life! (Also, this was another wedding where the Mother of the Bride was beyond AWESOME. We are so lucky working with great moms!!!).
