J+A’s Jewish–Indian luxury wedding in Casa de Campo marked the final chapter of their wedding weekend in the Dominican Republic. After two days of celebration, everything came together in Casa de Campo’s Altos de Chavón in a way that felt intentional, emotional, and true to them.
If you haven’t seen Part I: The Welcome Party & Haldi, check it out here.
And Part II: The Swagat Shabbat here.
The day began at a private Punta Aguila villa, where the bride got ready in a custom Elie Saab gown, its intricate beading was a true work of art. The atmosphere felt calm but full of anticipation. After rehearsing her father/daughter dance a few times and before leaving for the ceremony, J+A shared a private first look on the villa grounds — a quiet moment to steady themselves before stepping into a night surrounded by everyone they love.
Their Jewish ceremony took place at Genesis Garden in Altos de Chavón. Beneath the chuppah, framed by lush greenery and a sculptural arch, they honored tradition through blessings, shared wine, and the breaking of the glass. With lanterns glowing, the garden transformed into an intimate setting within the picturesque village.
Guests then gathered at the upper level of the Altos de Chavón Amphitheater for cocktail hour. A violinist played as everyone slowly made their way down the stone steps toward the reception below, turning the transition into part of the experience. The historic architecture and open glass roof created a dramatic yet refined setup.
The reception unfolded in the lower Amphitheater, where curved tables followed the lines of the venue. Candlelight, layered florals, custom fabrications, and suspended chandeliers added warmth and depth to the stone surroundings. The design felt bold yet balanced — honoring both the architecture and the energy of the weekend.
As dinner concluded, the energy shifted instantly. The dance floor filled, music echoed through Altos de Chavón, and the celebration carried deep into the night. Fireworks above the Amphitheater closed the evening in unforgettable fashion.
The entire wedding day, was captured by Momentos de Una Vida and filmed by Laguna Santa, preserving both the intimacy and the scale of this Jewish–Indian destination wedding. Planning and design by Claire Duran Weddings and Events brought every chapter of the weekend together.
From a private Punta Aguila villa to a Genesis Garden ceremony and a grand Amphitheater reception, this final chapter completed a Jewish–Indian luxury destination wedding in the Dominican Republic — a weekend defined by culture, design, and celebration.
