Launching CEREMONIA — Wedding planning for discerning couples

After many years dreaming of creating a sister brand to serve a wider audience at a competitive investment, we have finally done it! We are so excited to introduce our new sister company, CEREMONIA.

CEREMONIA is a boutique event planning firm providing wedding planning, design and management services for couples in the Washington, DC area and across the United States. It is perfect for couples who seek to have thoughtful events, full of style, yet for which they want to be discerning with their wedding finances.

CEREMONIA clients are looking for one of two offerings:

  • A team to manage (coordinate) the wedding that they have diligently planned on their own and are wanting someone to take them across the finish line


  • A team to fully plan, design and manage their wedding from beginning to end, under an incredibly streamlined structure (for the busy couples with limited time)

These two services had been previously offered under the Claire Duran Weddings & Event (CDWE) brand. Going forward, Claire Duran Weddings & Events will only accept Full Service clients. All other requests will be directed to CEREMONIA, where we will attend to their every need with the same degree of care and utmost quality that characterizes our main brand.
